License Financial Markets Authority

Fencers B.V. is registered as a so-called ‘light’ manager under the AIFMD regime as outlined under Article 2:66a of the Dutch Financial Supervision Act (“Wft”), and as acknowledged by the Netherlands Authority for the Financial Markets (“AFM”). This exempts Fund Manager from the license requirement for the management of assets as per Article 2:65 of the Wft. Our investment products fall outside the supervision of the AFM and the Dutch Central Bank (“DNB”).
